Rates

Per night: From AUD$485 per night (direct booking rates)
This gives you exclusive use of the entire property for up to 11 guests.

Your nightly tariff includes:

• Holiday home accommodation for up to 11 guests

• Our fabulous house staff are onsite 5 days per week to look after the property servicing and all your linen (after all - you’re on holiday and who needs to do laundry during your stay)

• All facilities, including free WIFI & Sat TV

Payment requirement:
Deposit at time of booking: 25% 
Final Payment 30 days before holiday date: 75%
Value added tax charge of 15% is included
Cancellation refunds are not available less than 60 days from your occupancy date.

No cancellation refunds more than 60 days from stay. 

Cancellations through acts of god or incremental weather shall be offered at an alternate date at no further charge.

Airport transfer pick-up service:
We are most happy to arrange for our local transport operator, William, to collect you in his air-conditioned transfer bus and take you to the property. This will incur a VT8,000 transfer fee per bus each way. You pay the driver directly on arrival (we do not make any markup on this – it’s a complimentary service for us to arrange). Each bus can take up to 7 guests, including luggage. For 7+ guests we suggest 2 buses which the driver can arrange.
